MPCA VIC Program monthly invoices start in 2009

As you may know, the MPCA held focus groups in February 2008 in order to obtain customer feedback regarding the Voluntary Investigation and Cleanup (VIC) and Petroleum Brownfiels Programs (PBP). One result is that customers requested each program provide their clients with a detailed monthly invoice.

For your information we have posted an example of the new format under "What's New" on the VIC Program website at (http://www.pca.state.mn.us/cleanup/vic.html). We anticipate that customers will receive invoices with the new format in early 2009. The format is similar to other invoices that MPCA sends out for other programs and was updated, in part, on customer comments.
