New Joint Application with MPCA

MPCA Announces new joint application for Voluntary Investigation and Clean up Program and Petroleum Brownfields Program

New Application Notice:

As part of an effort to improve the method by which the Brownfields programs (VIC and PBP) coordinate their initial operations and provide assistance to their customers, a new Joint Application has been created and is now available online at, http://www.pca.state.mn.us/cleanup/vic.html and http://www.pca.state.mn.us/programs/vpic_p.html.

This application has been designed to meet the requirements of each program individually or together. The new form is available voluntarily for a short trial period. After February 1, 2009, the new application format will be mandatory to process all requests. The use of an on-line application remains a high priority and should be available as well within a few months. Once a complete application is submitted, Patrice Jensen and Stacey Hendry-Van Patten will continue to process the applications for the VIC and PBP programs. As a reminder, the programs MUST receive the original application to begin processing your requests.

For additional information or comments on this effort, please contact Stacey Van Patten at 651-757-2425
