PCA Citizens Board Approves Issuance of Final Industrial General Storm Water Permit
This completion of a new permit by MPCA marks an important step forward for all regulated parties. Currently, industrial storm water producers in Minnesota have been regulated under a permit that expired in 2005. The new permit answers many questions and provides a significant increase in the predictability of storm water regulation and enforcement in Minnesota.
